Tolerância de ponto: nos EUA seria inconstitucional?

Um tribunal do Wisconsin (EUA) considerou inconstitucional a «jornada nacional de oração» legislada por Obama (à semelhança de presidentes anteriores). Leiam-se os argumentos da juíza:

• «Crabb held that the sole purpose of the federal law "is to encourage all citizens to engage in prayer, an inherently religious exercise that serves no secular function in this context. In this instance, the government has taken sides on a matter that must be left to individual conscience"» (via Americans United).
